A company requests access. We verify incorporation, signatories, and sanctions status. Approved companies enter the portal to list a lot, inquire on a lot, or work a live deal.
Power equipment
Turbines, transformers, and related plant equipment.
Generation and distribution lots move as deals. Inspection reports and title documents sit on the deal, not on this page.
Data-center equipment
Servers, GPUs, and related hardware.
Same brokerage, same review, same portal. New sealed lots and used lots, not a shop floor of part numbers.

In the portal
Each sale is a deal with GridX named on the agreement.
Inspection and title sit on that deal. The other company's name is released after terms are accepted and a hold is authorized. First payment funds escrow.
Names
Buyer and seller names stay off the deal until the hold and the agreements are in place.
Payment
Escrow on the deal. Commission is taken there. We do not publish a public list of lots.
